To allow you to access certain parts of our website, we require your personal or business data (email address, name, address etc.). For security reasons, the data can only be submitted over a secure HTTPS connection. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias.

Under certain conditions, user input will be stored on our server in a session, for example when ordering a license. This kind of caching is technically necessary to avoid lost of data when filling in multi-page forms. If a process will not be completed, the cached data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. There is no analysis of the data.

Your personal information will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties. We do not store clear text passwords in our database. Instead, a so-called secure hash is stored. Therefore, it is not possible to reconstruct passwords, also not for our self.

The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.
